USE OF LATEST TECHNOLOGY

Our staff is trained to use up-to-date technology for both field and office project tasks.
We utilize state of the art GNSS survey technology and data collection equipment integrated with both Land Development Desktop/Civil 3D and the MicroStation V8i Suite of land surveying and engineering software to create an efficient field-to-office project delivery. We have also implemented the use of aerial equipment to get the best information and resources possible so we can provide the best service possible.

QUALITY CONTROL AND COMMUNICATIONS

Quality control is an integral part of our design process. Our firm operates in a partnering approach with our clients.  Every project deliverable is scrutinized through our in-house quality control program.  Our team approach to design ensures accuracy of deliverables.
Our team meets with the client’s representatives early and often to clearly understand project objectives before conceptual and specific project management plans are developed. Conceptual alternatives are evaluated to determine the best approach to meet the project objectives. Specific project management practices are used to identify project plans, task assignments, review meetings, schedules, and quality control systems. This process facilitates productive communication for the duration of the project. The client will be involved in all decisions that have direct impact on either the construction cost or the project schedule
